On Tuesday, June 12, at approximately 9:30 in the evening, the Marshall County Drug Task Force, LaPaz Police Department, Indiana State Police Department along with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department executed a Search Warrant for the home located at 210 South Michigan Street inLaPaz.
The residence and occupants had been under surveillance and investigation of illegal drug activity. Upon executing the Search Warrant Order for the residence, Michael Roark, age 35, Benita Kring, age 34 and Todd Kring, age 45 were arrested.
Michael Roark was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Benita Kring was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Todd Kring was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review.
