Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch arrested a Merrillville man Monday evening following a traffic stop at 2535 North Michigan Street.
The suspect, 39 year old Donald W. Mills II was arrested for Driving While Suspended, Possession of Syringe and for an active warrant through Porter County.
