Counting calories is out. All the food groups are in. Becoming trim and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult! Trim Healthy Mama (THM) is a unique way to lose weight and get healthy by eliminating sugar, and still eating hearty, delicious foods. It is a family-friendly lifestyle program designed to work for people of all ages and also those without weight issues but who are looking for a healthier eating approach.
Join instructor Tami Hudson for a “Get Started with THM Class” – a class for those who are ready to get started or have gotten the books, but just need a little help in understanding the THM plan basics. Answers to the questions, “What do I need to do the THM plan, and how can I make it work for both me and my family?”
Join others working the THM program at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9 in the Lower Level Meeting Room of Bremen Public Library. If you have your own copy of Trim Healthy Table or the Trim Healthy Mama Plan, bring it along!
Anyone who attends this introductory class is invited to attend a follow-up class on Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the same location. In this class, we will dig in a little further to discover tips and products that will help you! Instructor Tami Hudson will show you what products you can use/buy to help prepare delicious THM recipes. We’ll discuss sweetener conversions, options for eating out, and ideas for packing lunches. What products can I get at the grocery store and which ones are best to purchase online?
Recommended parking for both classes is in the Center Street lot on the east side of the building.
