marijuana-cuffsA Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday evening after he was seen urinating on a stop sign at Garro and Fifth Streets.

About 6:50 Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty responded to the complaint of an intoxicated male.  He located 35 year old Joshua McCarty who resides on North Walnut Street.  McCarty was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $500 cash bond.
