Over 800 students from across Marshall County are scheduled to attend this year’s “Made in Marshall County” event to learn about local businesses.
The Marshall County Economic Development Corporation, Ancilla College, and Marshall County schools will be hosting the 2nd annual “Made in Marshall County” event on Tuesday, November 7th and Wednesday, November 8th from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Swan Lake Resort.
Due to the success of the last event, they have extended this year’s Made in Marshall County to take place over two days:
On Tuesday, Nov. 7, participating businesses will be able to connect with approximately 650 students about their products, work place, and career paths. Wednesday, Nov. 8 will be a job fair for businesses to discuss job openings and internships with approximately 170 high school seniors.
