A South Bend man was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Saturday after County Police Officer Brouyette found him to be driving without a license.
October 14, at approximately 9:45PM Officer Brouyette initiated a traffic stop in the 17,000 block of US31 on a Red 2016 Kia “Soul” SUV for a moving traffic violation.
During the investigation it was learned that the driver, 48 year old Curtis Nipper of South Bend was operating a vehicle while never receiving a driver’s license. Mr. Nipper was transported and lodged into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charge of: Operator
Never Licensed with a $250 cash bond. Mr. Nipper also received a traffic violation infraction.
