Lincoln Junior High gets the edge on Edgewood
WARSAW – Lincoln traveled to Edgewood on Tuesday night and came away with a 2-0 win.
The Lincoln defense played another outstanding game holding the aerial attack of Edgewood to a shutout. Interceptions were made by Shane Abberger and Easton Strain. The only points of the night came from the defensive side of the ball when Brock Jensen tackled the Edgewood ball-carrier in the end zone for a safety. The final was 2-0 in favor of Lincoln.
The win moves the seventh grade team to 4-3.
