Monday night about 11 Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 22 year old Riley J Price of Fortville, IN for an active warrant through Lake County. He was located at US 30 and Pioneer Drive. Price was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Possession of Marijuana and held for extradition.
26 year old Christopher Phillips of Plymouth had an active Failure to Appear warrant for his arrest. On Tuesday, August 22nd Officer Ben McIntyre located Phillips at his residence in the 300 block of West Washington Street. Phillips was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $158 cash bond.
