On Tuesday, August 15th at 11 p.m. Plymouth Police arrested a Kosciusko County man on a warrant.
38 year old Patrick Roe was arrested at Walnut and Adams Streets by Officer Shanna Gilmer. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the warrant.
