Notre Dame TrailPoor Handmaids of Jesus Christ, residents and co-workers at The Center at Donaldson are excited to participate in the University of Notre Dame’s 175th year with “The Notre Dame Trail.” Pilgrims and staff from the walk will stay at Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center, attend Mass in Ancilla Domini Chapel and then enjoy a private dinner. The Notre Dame Trail is the same path that Father Edward Sorin, C.S.C, founder of the University of Notre Dame, and seven other Holy Cross Brothers walked in 1842 from Vincennes, Indiana to where the University of Notre Dame is now located.

On Monday, August 21, The Center at Donaldson will welcome 143 pilgrims for Mass in Ancilla Domini Chapel celebrated by Rev. Joe Carey at 5:30 p.m. EDT. The public is invited to Mass in honor of Notre Dames’ anniversary.
