probationn-violationPlymouth Police Officer Ray West was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department Monday to transport two individuals to the County Jail.

38 year old Catherine Capron of Plymouth and 19 year old Jared Carter of Winimac were both given drug tests at the Probation Department and they failed the test.

Probation was revoked on Capron and Carter and they were arrested without incident.  They were lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
