Donaldson, IN – Pike High School’s LaRae Rascoe has signed on to play for the Ancilla Women’s Basketball Team.
Rascoe, of Indianapolis, has had an impressive high school career. The 3-year basketball Letter Winner was named an Indiana East/West All-Star, and the only Senior starter for Pike this year who was also runner-up Girls’ Basketball State Champion. Rascoe made two game-winning shots in the State Basketball Tournament: one was to win the Regional Championship and the other was to win the Semi-State Championship.
Ancilla Head Coach Tom Robbins comments, “LaRae is a tremendous individual talent who plays within the team concept very well. She is very fast, a great passer, an intense defender, and has the ability to finish around the rim in a variety of ways.”
Rascoe will be studying Culinary Arts this fall.
