The first official practice for the Plymouth Rockies Football team will take place on Monday, 7/31/17. The Rockies will make their first public appearance with a scrimmage Friday evening, 8/4/17 with their annual Soap Game. The public is invited to attend this scrimmage.
For admittance to the scrimmage, the Rockie coaches and training staff are asking you bring a dandruff shampoo. There will be a basket placed near the entrance for you to deposit your item.
At the conclusion of the scrimmage, the public will be invited down on the field to “Walk the Turf”. The new artificial surface the Rockies will be playing on this year has been completed. Family, friends, and community members will be invited down on the field to have a look/see/feel on the new surface.
The scrimmage will begin at 7:00 with the doors opening at 6:30. The Rockies will open their season on Friday, 8/18/17 as they will be hosting East Noble at 7:30. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new turf will take place before the kick-off.
