AncillaDavisCheerSigningDONALDSON, IN – Rochester High School graduate Alexandra Davis has signed to the Ancilla Co-Ed Cheer team.
Davis was previously coached by Alison Butler and Lukas Schoenhals, and served as a back spot on her high school team. During her time at Rochester, she was a member of the Jobs for America’s Graduates Program (JAG). Davis also used her performing skills as a member of Harmonia, an all-women’s audition choir.

“Alex has such an upbeat and positive attitude,” says Head Cheer Coach Delia Nicholls. “She’s willing to learn and try new skills, and has a desire to keep improving. I think she will do amazing things for this team,” remarks Nicholls. Davis, a native of Kewanna, Indiana, knew that Ancilla was the right college for her attend. “I really like the atmosphere here. It’s a beautiful campus, and the faculty and staff are very friendly and helpful,” states Davis. “I feel at home at Ancilla.”

Davis is the daughter of Jim and Cindy Meyer. She plans to major in Early Childhood Education when she begins at Ancilla this fall.
