The Red Storm team battled another tough conference team Thursday evening versus,Lakeview and came away with a 27-13 victory. Lindsay Janus led the team with 8 points, Tallulah Gault added 6 points while Miranda German chipped in with 5 points.  Makenzie Dejarnatt had 3 points, Emma Cook and Olivia Horvath added two points while Mia Wojcik added one point to round out the Red Storm scoring.  Janus dished out 3 assists while Cook, Dejarnatt and Madison Stiles handed out 2 assists each.  Wojcik snagged 3 boards while German, Cook, Horvath, Gault and Stiles grabbed 2 rebounds apiece.  Janus collected 4 steals, while Cook and Horvath added 3 steals apiece.  Stiles, Wojcik, German and Dejarnatt also contributed to a solid defensive game. The Red Storm 8th grade girls basketball team improves to 13-2 for the year.  The girls return to action next Thursday (3/2) against Edgewood on the road in the opening round of the NELMSC tournament in a rematch of their exciting regular season meeting.  Game will start approximately at 6:00pm.

The 7th grade A team fell to the Lakeview Tigers Thursday night 22-16. Clare Sheedy was high scorer with 5 points followed by a few beautiful threes by Keiara Himes, Leah Tanner, and Summer South. The girls have almost a full week to prepare for our conference tournament rematch with Edgewood.
