Several members of the PHS Girls tennis team recently received All-District honors this for their performance this past tennis season.
#1 Singles player Lanae Singleton (19-7 overall record), #2 Singles player Ashley Harrell (18-6 overall record) and #3 Singles player Cortni Cook (22-4 overall record) all made the All District Singles Team in District 3.
The #1 Doubles team of Kendall Dreibelbis/McKenzie Scheetz (26-3 overall record together) and the #2 Doubles team of Kayla Hoober/Leah Smith (15-4 overall record together) made the All District Doubles Team in District 3.
Kendall Dreibelbis/McKenzie Scheetz were also chosen as Second Team All State Doubles by the Indiana High School Tennis Coaches Association for the 2016 girls tennis season.
Lanae Singleton, Ashley Harrell, and Cortni Cook were named Honorable Mention All State in Singles while Kayla Hoober/Leah Smith were named Honorable Mention All State in Doubles.
