The Red Storm entered the 4th quarter down by 3 points, in a game with many lead changes, before exploding for 20 points and pulling away in the final period. Jake Reichard had 14 points and Ivan Winkle and Daniel Bacon each had 12 points for Lincoln.
The Red Storm were looking for revenge in the afternoon final against the Edgewood Tigers but came up just short. After leading for most of the first quarter, Lincoln ultimately couldn’t match the size of the Tigers and fell 36-25. This was the closest of the three meetings between these two teams this season and the Red Storm were in this one until the final minutes. Jake Reichard led the way with 12 points and Daniel Bacon had 10 points. The Red Storm finish a very impressive 18-4 on the season, with 3 of those 4 losses coming against Edgewood.
