The South Bend Medical Foundation announces “The Promise Project.” This new initiative is simple. They’re asking citizens to make a year-long commitment, a promise to donate blood up to 6 times in 2016.
And, after you donate 3 times you’re eligible for Promise Project gifts. Plus, when you increase the number of times you donate this year, you’re increasing the value of your gift! Donate 6 times and you could even get a 32” LED TV!
Donate 3 times = $40 gift card
Donate 4 times = $50 gift card
Donate 5 times = $75 gift card
Donate 6 times = $120 gift card or a 32” LED TV
Increasing your donation by just one or two times a year may not sound like much, but for the people who need blood it could be the difference between life and death and help eliminate blood shortages! By taking this small step and making the Promise, you will make an even greater impact on our community.
Start your Promise at the Mayor of Plymouth’s Blood Drive this Saturday, January 16th from 8 a.m. till noon at the Plymouth Fire Department. Call the mayor’s office at 936-6717 to schedule an appointment.
