arrestsThursday night, just before 11 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre pulled over a vehicle at Michigan and Skylane Drive.  During his investigation it was discovered that 27 year old Pawan Singh of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a driver’s license.  He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Just after midnight Saturday morning, a 911 call sent Plymouth Police to 408 S. Plum Street.  55 year old Darwin Linderman of Walnut Street in Plymouth was arrested for Public Intoxication and lodge in the county jail.

Sunday evening just after 5 Officer McIntyre was dispatched to a fight at King’s Buffet in Plymouth after 23 year old Devin Lauderback of South Bend was seen urinating on a vehicle that did not belong to him.  Officer McIntyre found Lauderback to be intoxicated.  He was transported to the jail and held on a $505 cash bond.

Sunday night just after 9 Officer Krynock was dispatched for a property damage accident at 2535 North Michigan Street.  During his investigation it was discovered that 28 year old Natanael Alvarez Vasquez, one of the drivers involved was under the influence of alcohol. He refused a field sobriety test and was transported to the Plymouth Hospital where he submitted to a chemical test.  Vazquez was then lodged in the county jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
