On Wednesday, September 2, about 12:10 p.m. the Bremen Police Department was dispatched to Bremen Food Mart 224 West Plymouth Street for a theft that had just occurred.
During the investigation the witness identified the suspect and reported seeing him leave with a power drink and snack pack without paying.
Officers later located the suspect in the 100 block of East Plymouth Street. Christopher Monday, 25 of Bremen was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Theft.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
