TritonHighSchool_BioChem2015_1The Project Lead the Way program is sponsored in our area schools through grant funding from the national Project Lead the Way Organization.  Local businesses and government agencies donated matching funds to bring these programs to our area schools like Triton.  These programs bring hands-on, real-life instruction that helps prepare our students for future jobs and careers.

TritonHighSchool_WellnessRoom2015Students in weightlifting and physical education classes at Triton Jr.-Sr. High School have begun utilizing the new “wellness” room at Triton.  The room is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, weights and a variety of cardiovascular workout equipment.   The room was furnished thanks to a grant from the K21 Foundation. This room and equipment will be utilized by the Triton Community for many years.  Later this fall, after a plan is developed, the room will also be opened for use by members of the Triton School community.
