The Marshall County Drainage Board is meeting Monday morning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building. The agenda for the meeting includes maintenance bids for the Worsham Ditch, North Berger Ditch, Leffert arm of the Ballinger-Myers Ditch, Dillon arm of the Ballinger-Myers Ditch and the Emmons Ditch.
The drainage board will discuss the Newcomb-Eisenhour Ditch and the Wallace Drain due to the building of the Langfeldt Storage Center on the west side of Oak Drive at Beacon Credit Union.
At 9:30 the Marshall County Commissioners will meet in the same meeting room. Their agenda include opening bids for the farm lease, a public hearing for an ordinance amendment for setbacks at lake properties.
There are reports on the agenda including for the Highway Department, County Attorney and Auditor. The commissioners are also expected to accept the annual nepotism and conflict statements.
The Commissioner’s meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
