FORT WAYNE, IN – Lady Chargers go 1-1 at Indiana Tech, winning over Cedarville University JV 25-20, 25-23, and 25-8, but losing to Sinclair College 25-23, 25-13, and 25-12.

Ancilla served up a total of nine aces, with Suzanne Grimm dishing out five and Mariah Kinney adding four. Courtney Griffith (32) and Grimm (25) combined for 57 out of 62 assists. Leading Ancilla in kills were Amber Redinger and Hayley Mavrick with fifteen and fourteen, respectively. Defensively, Grimm continued to put up big numbers with eighteen digs, while Mackenzie White ;ed the way with 23.

“I’m hoping the girls will step it up and rise to the challenge as we enter a big week in conference play against Lansing and Muskegon Community Colleges,” remarked Chargers coach Lana Singleton.

The Stars of Lansing Community College will travel to Plymouth, Indiana as the Chargers host the match up, Tuesday, October 1, at 6:30 p.m.
