03/13/13  On Monday, March 11th at 1:20 in the afternoon Officer Mark Owen with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the intersection of Walnut and West LaPorte Street in reference to an argument.   Arriving at the location contact was made with 25 year old, Matthew E. Lowry of Plymouth who was found to have three active warrants through Marshall County.  Mr. Lowry was taken into custody for failure to appear on a probation violation, failure to appear on court cost and fines with $170 bond and failure to appear on court cost and fines with $385 bond.  Lowry was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond for probation violation.

Later Monday evening at 7:11 Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Adams Streets on 25 year old, Vincent S. Carnagie of Plymouth.  During the investigation it was found that Carnagie was driving while suspended with a prior charge and had an active warrant through Marshall County for probation violation. Carnagie was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail for driving while suspended with a prior and  probation violation and was held on a $1,505 bond.

A short time later at 7:59 p.m. Officer Workman conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Garro and Liberty Street on 46 year old, James See of Plymouth.  During the investigation of the stop it was advised that Mr. See was driving while suspended with a prior and was placed under arrest.  See was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,505 bond.
