11/17/11 On Tuesday, November 15th at 8:43pm Plymouth Police Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Warana Drive and Kingston Road for an equipment violation. Weir walked his K-9 partner Rex around the vehicle and Rex indicated the presence of some type of narcotics. During the search two bags of suspected marijuana were found in the vehicle. It was also determined in the investigation that driver, Shawn Brown 25, of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a license. Brown was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana and Operating a Vehicle Without ever Receiving a License. Brown’s bond has been set at $2000.00 cash and he has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 6th at 8:30am.
