November 23, 2014

WarmUpMarshallCounty1The 16th annual Warm Up Marshall County program sponsored by Oliver Ford Lincoln in Plymouth received donations of nearly 400 coats for infants, children and adults over the past few weeks and on Saturday and Sunday those coats were offered to the needy in our communities.

WarmUPMarshallCounty2014_1After seeing children waiting for the bus or walking to school without the proper winter apparel when his girls were little, Steve Keiser from Oliver Ford wanted to make a difference. After approaching his employer, the project kicked off and has grown to be quite successful.

About 2 dozen coats were donated and Wal-Mart help by offering a super deal to the Oliver Ford family who had received some additional cash donations to purchase more coats.
