02/16/12 On Wednesday Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger released the preliminary toxicology report related to the death of 25 year old Joel Stetzel of Bourbon in a rollover accident on Fir Road early Saturday morning.
According to results obtained by the Cleavenger Wednesday afternoon, Stetzel had a blood alcohol level almost twice the legal limit. Stetzel was killed instantly in the crash and there were no other injuries.
