07/02/12 On Tuesday, June 26th, Lt. Duane Culp of the Marshall County Police Department arrested Willie Earl Mackey 37, of Walkerton after an investigation of sexual misconduct with a 15 year old female at a residence in Marshall County. Mackey was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with no bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on July 17th at 8:30am.
