04/14/14 Members of the Marshall County Council will meet for their April meeting (this; Monday) morning beginning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes a presentation by Plymouth Airport Board Manager Dave Lattimer. Lattimer will present the Airport Layout Plan which shows the plan of projects for the next 5 years with priorities for the airport.
Also on the agenda is the 2013 Annual Report from the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation by Roger Umbaugh and a request for personnel replacement and a salary ordinance amendment by County Clerk Julie Fox.
County Auditor Penny Lukenbill will present two additional appropriation requests. The County Highway Department is seeking an additional of $150,000 for vehicle maintenance supplies while the County Commissioners are seeking an additional of $3,500 for 4-H Operations.
Lukenbill was given approval from the Commissioners to purchase a new copier for her office using $8,000 from the Ineligible Homestead Deduction Fund but will need an additional appropriation in the May meeting for the final purchase.
The County Council meeting begins at 9 a.m. and the public is welcome to attend.
