01/28/13 On Thursday, January 24th at 3:14 PM, Deputy Jonathon Bryant with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the CSX Railroad after receiving a complaint of two subjects wearing camouflage on the tracks near the Maple Road crossing possibly stealing scrap.  Arriving, Deputy Bryant located the subjects while they were stealing scrap that belonged to the Railroad.   They were identified as 29 year old, Nathan A. Bandy of Lakeville and 18 year old, Randall G. Warren of Walkerton.  Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Nathan Brady was charged with Theft, Possession of Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia, Reckless Possession Paraphernalia used to Introduce, Unlawful Possession of Legend Drug and Criminal Trespass and booked in on a $3,005 bond.  Randall G. Warren was charged with Theft and Criminal Trespass and was booked in on a $1,505 bond.  The Bremen Police Department assisted in this investigation.

Later that night at approximately 9:30 PM, Deputy Bryant with assistance of the Plymouth Police Department responded to 421 South Walnut Street in reference to locating 30 year old, Bryan Collins at his residence for Theft from Wal-Mart.  Arriving at the residence Mr. Collins was located and taken into custody. Officer’s was able to recover a large television that Mr. Collins was accused of stealing. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $3,005 bond.

Later Thursday night at 11:03 a Marshall County Patrolman initiated a traffic stop in the Wal-Mart parking lot on a vehicle with an equipment violation.  During the investigation Marshall County’s K-9, Arras was walked around the vehicle and indicted the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle produced a controlled substance that led to the arrest of 37 year old, Dawn Deleon of Plymouth.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in on a $1,505 bond.
