Jamie Amber Richie passed away in Plymouth on Friday, October 21, 2022.

Jamie was born August 15, 1977 to Larry and Patricia (Bodine) Richie.  Jamie was a Knox High School graduate and went on to enjoy time spent living in Kentucky and Michigan.  She was a stay-at-home mom, and although she worked some part-time jobs here and there, her passion in life was being a mom and spending time with her daughters. Jamie was very friendly, outgoing, and caring to everyone she ever met.  She never knew a stranger because everyone quickly became a friend.  She loved music of all genres, but her favorites always fell from the 90’s rock and rap styles. The family mourns her tragic passing deeply and she will always be remembered for her loving nature and hippie personality.

She is survived by her three young daughters: Chloe Draper; Galaxy Paul; and Eternity Paul; her mother, Patricia Richie; her sisters: Jillaine Richie (Glen Maggard); and Lindsay Burns (Matt); and 9 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Richie; her sister, Lori Richie; and her grandparents, JB and Bea Richie; and John and Edith Bodine.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. EST / 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST at Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home (300 W. Madison St., Plymouth, IN 46563).

Eulogy to follow at 3:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. CST.

A memorial dinner will be held at 5:00 p.m. EST / 4:00 p.m. CST at Washington Township Firehouse (9020 E. Division Rd., Knox, IN 46534).
