The Plymouth Community School Corporation will conduct its regular school board meeting Tuesday evening, September 6th beginning with a budget workshop at 7 P.M.  Members will review the 2023 Capital Projects, Capital Acquisitions for 2023, 24, and 25, and the bus and van plan.  Members will also consider permission to advertise the 2023 budget which includes $600,000 in Rainy Day, $6,035,224 in Debt Services, $23,392,6895 and $10,254,120 for Operations totaling $40282,029.

a report on the Alternative School, a request for the PHS Science Department to take a Spring Break trip to the Florida Everglades in 2024 and review the annual Transportation Route and Safety Policy.  Plymouth School Board members will also consider an addendum to the School Food Authority agreement, consider the Presence Learning agreement and accept bids for the Plymouth High School and Riverside Intermediate School upgrades.

Following the regular school board meeting, there is an executive session to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees. 

The Plymouth School Board meetings are held in the Administration Board Room. This meeting is a meeting of the School Board in public for the purpose of conducting the School Corporation’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There will be time for public participation as indicated by agenda item.
