Arrested_handcuffEarly Thursday morning Plymouth Police arrested a Chicago woman for theft at Walmart.

Just after 2 a.m. city officers were dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart in reference to a theft that had occurred. 21 year old Bria Smith was located in a semi leaving the scene.  The truck was stopped by Officer Enyart and Indiana State Police.

During the investigation Smith was found to be in possession of items from Walmart with no receipt.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where female jail staff located marijuana on her person as well.

Bria Smith was lodged at the Marshall County jail for Theft and Possession of Marijuana with Enhancements.
