On Thursday, March 1st at 8:50 in the morning, Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a white Dodge Caravan at Walnut and Lake Streets.
While speaking with the driver, 39 year old Laura Leticia Ramos-Tellez it was found that she had never obtained a valid driver’s license. Tellez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
