Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre observed 22 year old Dylan Campbell of Culver Monday, January 29th operating a vehicle near Suter and 9th Road.
The officer had prior knowledge that Campbell didn’t have a valid license. He was then pulled over and taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
