Local NewsThe Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will conduct an executive session on Monday, January 29th.

The executive session has been called to interview prospective candidates for the two open corporal positions in the Plymouth Police Department.

Last week, Police Chief Dave Bacon said he has eight candidates interested in the two open corporal positions.  He also noted that he had two sergeants positions open too.  To fill the sergeants position a candidate must be a corporal.  The chief said he has two corporals who will be moving up into the sergeant positions.

The executive session will begin at 6 p.m. in the conference room of the Plymouth Fire Department.  This meeting is closed to the public.
