Saturday evening about 8:15 Bourbon Police Officer Adam Kraning was driving south on State Road 331 when he observed a vehicle traveling north at 68 mph in a 55 speed zone.
Conducting a traffic stop the officer determined that the driver, Duell Bailey was driving without ever receiving a license. Mr. Bailey was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $225 cash bond and an initial court date of December 19th.
