30 year old Jerome Lamont Snell of Kalamazoo was arrested early Saturday (4/22/17) morning following a traffic stop on US 31 at 13th Road.
A Marshall County Police Officer stopped Snell about 1:30 in the morning and found him to be driving without ever receiving a driver’s license. He was also in possession of marijuana.
Jerome Snell was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
