MugShot_Jamie HowellSaturday afternoon about 12:30 Officer Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a moped at Harrison and Plum Streets for Operating Without a License Plate.

The driver, 45 year old Jamie Howell of Plymouth was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Elkhart County.

After Howell was taken into custody a small bag of green leafy plant material suspected to be marijuana was located on his person.

Howell was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana and the warrant.
