A traffic stop Wednesday December 28 by an officer with the Marshall County Police Department ended with two people from Indianapolis being arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
At approximately 11:45 Wednesday night a vehicle on US 31 was stopped near 14th Road for a speeding violation. During the course of the stop it was determined that the occupants were in possession of marijuana.
19 year old Steven Trummell were arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail. They were each held on $500 cash bonds.
