Joseph P. Knoski, 83 of Plymouth, IN, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023 in his home.
Joseph was born on May 6, 1940 to Joseph A. and Stella (Bulavince) Knoski in Auburn, NY. He graduated in 1958 from Auburn High School and then received an associate degree in business. He married Marjory Chase on July 26, 1973 and she preceded him in death on October 30, 2021. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked for the Department of Defense and as a Quality Assurance Inspector. He enjoyed old cars, hunting, and fishing.
Joseph is survived by his daughter, Colleen Knoski of TN; his stepdaughter, Jennifer Henry of Las Vegas; his stepson, Jeffery Gilbert of Las Vegas; and 5 grandchildren.
Joseph is preceded in death by his wife, Marjory Knoski; his daughter, Tanya; and his son.
Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned at this time.
