Last week the Marshall County Board of Finance meet to begin the process of obtaining proposals for the county’s cash management system for January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.  This is a process the finance board does every two years.

The finance board approved the schedule of advertising for September 14th and 21st with receiving proposals at a meeting on October 3rd at 8 a.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.  The final determination will be made on October 17th at 8 a.m. at a public meeting of the County Board of Finance.

The County’s general account ledger balances this year have ranged from $43 million up to $77 million.

Members of the County Board of Finance also approved the Request for Proposal and the bid advertisement.
