Members of the Plymouth City Council will meet for a special session on Monday at 6:30 in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.
Council members will begin the 2023 budget process by meeting with all the department heads and reviewing each of their budget requests. They will explain any changes from this year’s budget and discuss large purchase requests.
The budget review is open to the public and those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the Council Chambers on the second floor.
