On Thursday morning, August 4th, at 11:40 Argos Police and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant and arrest warrant at 106 South Michigan Street, unit 1 in Argos.
Tyler Hardee age 34 was arrested on a Level 4 Felony for Child solicitation. A search warrant was also executed at the same time.
Tyler Hardee is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
