On Thursday, June 30th at approximately 10:30 at night, Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Lake Avenue near Village Place.
The driver, 70-year-old Reginald Danielson of Pretty View Drive was arrested for resisting law enforcement and Operating While Intoxicated with a previous conviction.
Mr. Danielson was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
