PENDLETON — On Sunday June 12, Plymouth #1 Singles player, Senior Aubrey Vervynckt, played in the ICGSA (Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association) North/South All Star Event, held at the Community Sports and Wellness Center in Pendleton, IN. Aubrey played for the North Team.
The participants play three rounds of matches: A set of either singles/doubles, followed by another set of singles/doubles, and then the day finishes off with all participants playing a super-tiebreaker to 10.
First Round: Aubrey played doubles with Hannah Gerner (Crown Point) and they won their match 6-2.
Second Round: Aubrey played doubles with Anna Topmiller (Homestead) and they won their match 6-3.
Third Round: Aubrey played singles against Tiffany Fu (Columbus North) and won her super-tiebreaker 10-8.
