Sergeant Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department investigated the report of a subject lying on the ground in a parking lot Sunday evening, May 1st at 1804 West Jefferson Street, Serenity House, the permanent supportive housing facility.

26-year-old Juan Hernandez with a booking address of 2403 Michigan Road in Plymouth was located and arrested for Invasion of Privacy and Possession of Marijuana.  He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond and released on May 3rd at 6:45 p.m. with NO JUDICIAL REVIEW. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
