ELKHART – Bremen swim and dive split with Elkhart and Marian last night at the Elkhart Aquatics Center.
For the girls, Sylvia Meyer took 1st in the 50 Freestyle (28.19). Kaia Podlin took 1st in the 100 Butterfly (59.50) and the 100 Breaststroke (1:10.12). Reid Frame, Sylvia Meyer, Audrey Sands, and Kaia Podlin took 1st in the 400 Freestyle Relay (4:13.84). Kallie Meister placed 3rd in the 1-meter dive (110.00).
For the boys, Lextin Willis placed 2nd in the 200 Individual Medley (2:18.03) and the 100 Breaststroke (1:07.73). Al Byrd placed 3rd in the 1-meter dive (165.90). Sam Stiles placed 3rd in the 100 Freestyle (57.35).
The Lions’ next meet is home against St. Joseph Thursday.
