BREMEN – The Lions welcomed Wawasee to Jane’s Park field on a very warm Monday evening for a non-conference clash and came away with a 9-0 win.
The game was close for much of the first half, but the Lions continued pressure made the difference in the second half. It was another true team effort as six different players scored on the night and the defense kept another clean sheet.
Senior Captain Alex Alvarado had a hat trick and three assists on the night while freshman Jostin Moncada also had a hat trick as the JV team won 3 – 0.
