ELKHART – Senior Kassi Watts lead the Lady Lancers to a big win with her first hat trick of the season against the Lady Eagles of Elkhart Christian 7-3.
LaVille’s possession game in the midfield opened up the Lancer’s attack by allowing five players to find the back of the net.
Freshman Mikalah Kuskye and Senior Kylie Gorka were pivotal in the offensive attack picking up two assists each and adding one goal a piece as well.
Freshman Haley Andert tallied her first varsity stats grabbing 1 save in goal when Goalkeeper Heaylyn Kwiatkowski was injured with 7 minutes to go in the game.
The Lady Lancers are back in action this Saturday, August 28th when they host Elkhart High School at Newton Park at 10:00 AM with a “J.V.” half to follow the varsity game.
